7/16/2009 KB Home has something about Arbitration in their
contract and named a certain Arbitrator. I tried to talk to the
Arbitrator and they were very nasty to me. They are trying to
retain our earnest money because they withheld the scrimatics
of the building and lot and the picture of the house and
misrepresented the entire transaction.

Took the informative literature out of the front office, left
us with nothing to order from except the Sales Rep.'s
descritpion. We begged for something in writing showing us
what the home was going to look like, after they were trying to
get us to sign another paper saying that nothing promised
orally was valid. When they finally showed us what they were
trying to sell us by e-mail on a telephone pre-constructin
meeting, almost 2 months after they took $10,000.00 from us and
coerced us into signing a contract. The home did not resemble
what we had ordered and had a drainage ditch along the property
line. Now they refuse to talk to us and have our $10,000.00.

Some one should do something about these people and their scams.
