This month, in the case, Gilbert v. Angel: Another win for
CAS unfortunately. This time even after their arbitrator
Ben DeVries destroyed evidence, according to the report
below. Disgusting decision of the court. Keep yourself out
of arbitration; once you are in it, there is hardly any
recourse, especially w/these companies that are mandated in
builder/warranty contracts and are doing repeat business
with them.
