Re: National Arbitration Forum

I am just starting the arbitration process with Mann Bracken
(MBNA). I have been paying a debt relief company (American
Financial Services) for the past year trying to build up enough
money to pay them off. American Financial Services said they
can't give any legal advise. I was told that they don't care
that I am trying to pay them off, all they want is their money
right now. I have been reading some pretty nasty stuff about
NAF, but is there any other place to go through for arbitration?
My wife signed the agreement on this one, so will they be able
to freeze her bank account and garnish her wages as well?
