    What nco does -
    1- On fedx label they have undelivable instruction for fedex
    2-The instructions are as follows"IF UNDELIVABLE PLEASE DESTROY_DO NOT CALL"
    3-So if you do not answer door to receive fedex and sign fedex destroys notice and thus
    you have abitration without notice
