Re: National Arbitration Forum
Posted by James J on 5/21/07

Geee, Cockroach! The NEW agency wants to work with me, go figur'! It's the
OLD agency that served me a summons and it is no different than any other
summons that is served in that it requires an answer, from me, to the
plaintiff and the court. If the arbitration award, by NAF, the paid dupes of
the "agency" was valid, why would I be getting a summons for superior court?
Wouldn't it be a slam dunk for the plaintiff???

I would say that by my replying to this complaint it most certainly is giving
me the opportunity to contest this amount and in a legitimate way and not
hoping that I would have been one of the 1% that gets an honest opinion from
    NAF.
