Re: National Arbitration Forum
Posted by Allison Warren on 9/17/07

My name is Allison Warren and I receceived a letter as of 09/06/2007 that a debt with a car lot
(nice cars) has gone in arbitration. However, as of 06/2007 an attorney submitted letter on my
behalf to the Law firm that filed for arbitration and a agreement was set to pay off the debt in
question. Later a letter was received after the agreement with the monthly payment plan but still
stating that I owed the same amount of 14.000.00 and the agreement was to pay $150.00 monthly and
the debt per the agreement was for $7000.00, now I am being told that I owe a total of $15.195.62.

Please assist me in this matter if possiable as I have attempt to contact the law firm and no one
will discuss this matter with me.
