I posted previously about being 'served' by FedEx from NAF last May
('06). I ignored it and NCO continued to harrass me. Mid july I was
notified that I had only 30 days to reply, I ignored again.

I forget when but I recieved a very poorly copied copy of NAF award to
NCO. The award was for almost $30,000 on a credit card debt of less than
$4000 ... TOPS! Continued to be harrassed and told them I refused to deal
with their rude, sarcastic and threatening tactics.

I was recently notified that a NEW collection agency has taken over this
account and so far (one call) they seem a little more friendly ... so
far!!!

Last week I was served by a 'REAL' sheriff of the 'REAL' court and not
FedEx with a copy of the NAF award attached. This I do know I have to
respond to and proves that the original 'award' from NAF was nothing more
than a bogus attempt to scare me and is nothing more than any company
requesting the court to find in their favor for the award requested.
