    On the other hand, some states such as Texas recently proposed
    legislation which would allow distance-educated persons to take the
    Texas bar exam. The argument was also that this would help many persons
    who cannot afford an education in law.


    I believe that this is signs of the future. At some time, probably all
    universities will offer 'distance-education'. There is no reason why
    they shouldn't with the available technology of this age.
