    Why not one or two little boxes on EVERYONES Driver's License/ID Card that
    says you either Are or Are Not a mental case/convicted felon?

    Do you realize that just by not renewing your FOID in a timely manner, the
    State Police put you into a Felony situation. Then guess what, you are
    permanetly inelgible!
